HRPW-H beam shot blasting machine is the special equipment for steel structure manufacturers to surface rust removal and stress relief treatment on the surface of steel structures such as H beam, box beam and so on. The equipment is mainly composed of shot blasting room, impeller head, steel shot circulation system, dust removal system, conveyor roller table, electrical control system, and so on, among them, the steel shot circulation system is composed of longitudinal spiral conveyor, bucket elevator, transverse spiral conveyor, shot-sand separator, steel shot storage bucket, steel shot controller, and so on.
The angle and position of impeller head is determined by computer 3D dynamic projection simulation, adopt Q034 type motor directly connected centrifugal high-efficiency impeller head, fast shot blasting speed and large shot blasting volume, and after many years of practical experiences, an ideal projectile effect is achieved. The surface of the workpiece after shot blasting has no accumulation of projectiles, no dust adsorption, high cleaning efficiency and good cleaning quality. The equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation, efficient, environmental friendly and so on.
