HRZL-H beam assembling machine is the special equipment for steel structure manufacturers to assembling H beam, the spot welding is performed after the workpiece is precise positioning clamped by the flange clamping wheel, web clamping wheel and pressure wheel. Flange & web clamping has two structures for choose, namely hydraulic left & right synchronous centering and manual adjustment combined with hydraulic adjustment, the web clamping wheel adopts the structural form of multi-group arrangement at the front and back and the combination of upper and lower layers, which makes the positioning more precise and can eliminate the phenomenon of tail wagging. The speed of assembling is stepless adjustable by frequency conversion, the equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.
Automatic spot welding function with gas shielded welder can be selected according to actual needs to further improve the production efficiency.

After the complete set of equipment is installed and debugged at the user’s site, the warranty is free for one year from the date of acceptance by the user.
