HRZT-self-adjusting welding rotator is mainly used for welding, cutting, rubber lining, polishing, shot blasting and assembling of circular cylinders, its outstanding feature is that the roller device can be adjusted automatically with the diameter of the cylinder. The standard model is fixed center distance model, if the diameter of the cylinder exceeds the diameter range of the standard model, adjustable center distance model can be selected. The roller can adopt steel glue combined roller, polyurethane roller and steel roller. In addition, manual moving mechanism, electric moving mechanism, mechanical anti-movement mechanism, electronic anti-movement mechanism and tilting mechanism can be selected according to actual needs. The electrical control system adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and cordless remote controller control, the equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.
