K-TIG welding can be selected as single welding process, and can also be combined with TIG welding or SAW welding to form composite welding process.
The special K-TIG welding machine is similar to the special PAW welding machine in terms of welding function, it is also mainly used for automatic welding of longitudinal seam and circular seam of the circular workpiece such as cylinder, elbow, pipe flange and so on, and also for automatic welding of longitudinal seam of plate butt-join. As a new welding process, K-TIG welding is perfect upgraded of plasma welding, in addition to the welding characteristics of single-sided welding and double-sided forming of plasma welding, it also perfectly makes up for the inability of plasma welding to weld thick plates and relatively high requirements for workpiece assembly. The unique arc control technology of K-TIG welding and the special structure of the welding torch determine the characteristics of welding thick plates and relatively loose requirements for workpiece assembly. Different welding tooling can be selected according to different workpieces and process requirements. K-TIG welding can be selected as single welding process, using K-TIG welding for back welding and K-TIG welding for filler wire cover welding, and can also be combined with TIG welding or SAW welding to form composite welding process, using K-TIG welding for back welding and TIG welding or SAW welding for filler wire cover welding. The equipment is mainly composed of welding tooling, welding power source, wire feeder, welding torch, chiller, welding control system and so on. It is suitable for the welding of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, zirconium, nickel, copper and their alloys. It adopts digital and intelligent welding control system to realize efficient automatic welding.

Investigate the customer’s machine use site, assist the user in planning the layout of the water, electricity, gas and other equipment in the production site according to the actual situation on site, provide the customer with a complete set of equipment operation instructions, and provide training service for the user’s equipment operator. Before delivery, train the user's equipment operators on basic equipment theory, safety protection and equipment maintenance.
After Sales Service
In the user’s factory, the user’s equipment operator is trained in actual processing operations, equipment daily maintenance and safe operation to ensure that the user can familiarize with the equipment operation rules and methods as soon as possible, and can independently use the equipment for production. After the complete set of equipment is installed and debugged at the user’s site, the warranty is free for one year from the date of acceptance by the user. Our company will also arrange technical personnel to conduct technical visits from time to time, communicate with customers on routine maintenance and inspection of equipment, and answer various questions raised by users.
