The steel structure intelligent robot welding workstation is mainly used for automatic, efficient and flexible mobile welding of steel structural parts. It adopts ground rail structure and is installed and placed according to the workshop layout and production process. It is suitable for large quantities of steel structural parts or non-standard customized steel structural parts or steel structural parts with diverse specifications and varieties.
The equipment adopts an intelligent robot welding control system, aiming at the industry pain points such as the increasing shortage of welders, poor cutting and assembly accuracy, and large number of non-standard and diversified specifications faced by the steel structure industry, it provides one-stop teaching-free welding solution, realizes fast automatic programming, and automatically matches the appropriate welding process according to the plate thickness and welding position. The welding robot then automatically performs welding, and can also perform multi-layer and multi-pass welding when the application conditions are met.

Work Process
Input 3D digital model: with 3D digital model of the workpiece to be welded, supporting Tekla software, supporting .ifc/.step/.stp format files
Reverse modeling: without 3D digital model of the workpiece to be welded, reverse modeling of the workpiece by scanning with a line laser stereo camera
Input the 3D digital model or scan the workpiece through line laser stereo camera for reverse modeling, then perform intelligent obstacle avoidance path planning for the welds on the workpiece that need to be welded, and then correct the welding path after scanning with laser vision sensor. Then, automatically match the welding process and automatically create welding program to weld the workpiece. During the welding process, the arc tracking and laser tracking correct the welding path in real time to ensure the welding quality.
Line Laser Stereo Camera
The line laser stereo camera is a high-precision measuring device that combines line laser technology and stereo vision principles. After scanning the workpiece, the contour information of the workpiece can be obtained to guide subsequent welding operations.
Working Principle
The line laser stereo cameras are mainly based on laser triangulation. Their working principle is to project a laser line onto the surface of the object to be measured through a high-power laser module. The reflected light formed by the laser line on the surface of the object is captured by the camera. By analyzing the offset of the reflected light and combining the geometric relationship between the camera and the laser emitter, the three-dimensional contour information of the object surface is calculated.

According to the actual needs of customers, provide corresponding technical guidance and equipment information, answer various questions raised by customers, design laser processing solutions for customers from technical feasibility, and provide related equipment for customers to visit, sample, test machine.

Investigate the customer’s machine use site, assist the user in planning the layout of the water, electricity, gas and other equipment in the production site according to the actual situation on site, provide the customer with a complete set of equipment operation instructions, and provide training service for the user’s equipment operator. Before delivery, train the user's equipment operators on basic equipment theory, safety protection and equipment maintenance.
After Sales Service
In the user’s factory, the user’s equipment operator is trained in actual processing operations, equipment daily maintenance and safe operation to ensure that the user can familiarize with the equipment operation rules and methods as soon as possible, and can independently use the equipment for production. After the complete set of equipment is installed and debugged at the user’s site, the warranty is free for one year from the date of acceptance by the user. Our company will also arrange technical personnel to conduct technical visits from time to time, communicate with customers on routine maintenance and inspection of equipment, and answer various questions raised by users.
