HRAW-H beam automatic welding production line is based on the similar products abroad and our own experience in research and develop H beam welding production line equipment for many years, in response to the market demand, while optimizing and improving the traditional H beam welding production line to improve its intelligence level, it is equipped with input 90 degree hydraulic flipping frame, 60 degree hydraulic flipping frame, 180 degree hydraulic flipping frame, steel transfer machine, conveyor roller table and other auxiliary equipment, and then adopts original horizontal straightening technology, thus launching a new type of H beam automatic production line equipment.

According to different process requirements, there are single arc single wire submerged arc welding process and double arc double wire submerged arc welding process for choose.

The production line is themed on reducing the frequency of crane use. Various types of hydraulic flipping frame, steel transfer machine and conveyor roller table are used to turn over, move and convey H beam during the production process, greatly improving the circulation efficiency of H beam. It adopts an assembly line production method in which four H beam cantilever welding machines each weld a weld of the H beam, and uses horizontal straightening technology to straightening two flanges at one time. Compared with the traditional H beam welding production line, the degree of automation and production efficiency are higher.
