The two equipment are placed in parallel and staggered. The output roller table of the first equipment and the input roller table of the second equipment are arranged side by side, which is convenient for the T beam made by the first equipment to be moved and flipped to the second equipment for the production of H beam.

The production line is based on intelligence. The main machine flange positioning motor, the main machine web positioning motor, the main machine straightening wheel moving motor and the main machine straightening wheel straightening lifting motor are all equipped with encoders, the main machine welding torch adjustment mechanism angle adjustment motor adopts servo motor. These motors can be precisely controlled through PLC and HMI, the automatic setting of the relevant parameters and welding parameters can be completed within a few seconds, after setting the relevant parameters and welding parameters, one-click start and automatic adjustment for welding. It can also memorize and integrate welding parameters and welding torch angle parameters.
