HRLH-welding column & boom manipulator cooperates with welding auxiliary such as welding rotator or welding positioner and automatic welder, the welding rotator or welding positioner drives the workpiece to rotate and the welding torch moves to realize the automatic welding of the longitudinal seam and circular seam of the circular workpiece such as cylinder, elbow, pipe flange and so on. According to different workpieces and process requirements, different welding processes can be selected, one or more welding processes can be selected from MIG/MAG welding, SAW welding, TIG welding, PAW welding, K-TIG welding, there are also strip surfacing welding and narrow gap welding for choose. In addition, auxiliary systems such as welding torch swing function, automatic height adjustment function, automatic welding seam tracking system, rotary conductive device, flux recovery & transportation system, and video monitoring system can be selected according to actual needs.
The standard model is fixed model, column manual rotary mechanism, column electric rotary mechanism and electric moving mechanism are optional to meet diversified welding needs. If need to weld the inner seam of small diameter workpiece, can choose small welding head. If need higher precision welding, can choose linear guide rail precision welding column & boom manipulator, and servo motor drive is optional.

Sales Service
Investigate the customer’s machine use site, assist the user in planning the layout of the water, electricity, gas and other equipment in the production site according to the actual situation on site, provide the customer with a complete set of equipment operation instructions, and provide training service for the user’s equipment operator. Before delivery, train the user's equipment operators on basic equipment theory, safety protection and equipment maintenance.
After Sales Service
In the user’s factory, the user’s equipment operator is trained in actual processing operations, equipment daily maintenance and safe operation to ensure that the user can familiarize with the equipment operation rules and methods as soon as possible, and can independently use the equipment for production. After the complete set of equipment is installed and debugged at the user’s site, the warranty is free for one year from the date of acceptance by the user. Our company will also arrange technical personnel to conduct technical visits from time to time, communicate with customers on routine maintenance and inspection of equipment, and answer various questions raised by users.
